GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

Bookings must be secured by a 20% deposit at time of booking.

Deposit is non-refundable (except in the circumstances listed  in connection with Covid-19). The balance payment on arrival by cash or card.

Full site group bookings must be secured by a minimum 30% deposit at time of booking, and the balance must be paid in full 1 month prior to arrival. 

Cancellations for single unit bookings should be made no later than 14 days in advance of the booking. Cancellations for full site bookings must be made no later than six weeks in advance of the booking.  Deposits cannot be refunded – except in circumstances where we have been forced to close due to the covid-19 pandemic.  n which case, all payment will be refunded, or can be redeemed as credit.

CHECK IN/OUT

Check in to accommodation is from 3.00pm- 5.00pm on the day of arrival. We can also arrange self check in for late arrivals. (You can leave your bags with us by prior arrangement if arriving before 3pm).

Check out time is no later than 11.30am on day of departure.

Number of guests per unit should not exceed number of persons the accommodation is designed to sleep. Adult Bell tents are suitable for 2 Adults. Family’s can add an extra beds & breakfast for their children (max 3 extra children) at an additional cost at the time of booking. Infant cot €5; Child (2-12 years): €15; Teenager (13-18 years) €25; extra adult €45.

Parents are responsible for the supervision and safety of children at all times.

Glamping guests only please, Hotel guests are not permitted on the grounds.

Noise levels: We are strictly a quiet site after 11pm with no exceptions, we reserve the right to remove any guest causing a disturbance.

Guests are responsible for keeping communal areas tidy and for recycling waste in the facilities provided.  Damage/breakages must be reported and paid for in full.

Any damage or tents left in bad condition are subject to a cleaning fee.

Strictly No smoking inside the tents or bathrooms.

Should we experience extreme weather or in the event of an emergency, pandemic, we reserve the right to cancel on short notice if we cannot provide safe accommodation for you. In the event that we take the decision to close the Knockrobin Glamping site under such circumstances, any payment made to us will be refunded or redeemed against a future booking if you prefer.

We cannot refund/be held responsible for inclement weather, such as rain, wind, cool temperatures, etc. Please check the weather forecast and bring appropriate clothing for your trip.

We provide:

  • All sheets & bedding, electric blankets and heaters.

  • Towels and toiletries are provided in your private bathrooms.

  • We have coffee & tea making facilities, with some kitchenware and a shared outdoor fridge.

  • We have a gas BBQ on site, near our kitchen cabin. We also have a limited number of portable charcoal BBQs but you must bring your own charcoal.

Unfortunately we are not in a position to cater for Hen/Stag parties

We are animal lovers but due to allergy restrictions we cannot have pets stay on this site.

Payment Policy

A 20% non refundable deposit is paid when booking with the balance on arrival by cash or card.

All Deposits will be returned in full in the event of a Government enforced Covid restriction
